Your hair looks SO gorgeous!!! I have a large curling iron like that and try to do that with my hair but I never finish because I’m so impatient. Now I feel like I need to give it another try!

Great tutorial! i will give this a try and hopefully the curls stay on my hair for a longer time because usually they don’t last for more than an hour.

I am so impressed by what you can do with a Conair curling iron, miss! To be fair, I have super thick, coarse hair, but my Conair curling iron couldn’t do a thingfor it… and it definitely couldn’t give such perfect waves 🙂 Even if you don’t do all of the proper hair “things” (who does?) your hair always looks fabulous!

This was SO funny and I mean that in the absolute nicest way possible. As a former Michigander I also really appreciated the Meijer shout-out, holla! They have everything. Cute video definitely bring on some more! xo

    • April 19, 2013 12:35 am

Hahaha yay! So happy I could make you happy! I can’t believe you’re a former Michigander!?!? How could you leave??! Lol! Where are you now?! Meijer is the bomb!

Your hair really does look amazing! 🙂 Thanks for making this tutorial. I had to watch a lot of them before I got the hang of it but practice makes perfect. I have fine hair so I try not to put too much heat to it or I end up with split ends even if I use a heat protectant.

  27. April 19, 2013 12:51 am

You hair looks amazing! Need to try if I can try it with my hair!

Your hair looks fantastic and you did really well in the video, no reason to be nervous. I don’t section my hair off either haha… it probably means I put the same parts of my hair through the curler multiple times, but what can you do… 🙂

oh my gosh kristin this was adorable! I think i laughed out loud when you told people to get it at meijer, i wish everyone had one of those, best store ever! I actually always wondered if the cheap curling irons work bc most bloggers have fancy ones, im glad to see a realistic video! and your hair looks amazing i wish mine stayed in curls!

  46. July 15, 2013 10:13 am

I’m really behind in reading my blogs – so I just saw this now.

Other than it being a useful tutorial, I don’t think I laughed so much. You have a dynamic camera presence.

I break all the rules, too. My visit to the hairdresser is almost like a confessional: “When have you last had a hair cut?” “Ummm… eight months ago?” “And what products do you use?” “Uh, well, sometimes, if I remember, which isn’t often, uh…..” AND I HAVE THAT EXACT CURLING IRON!

Super cute. Keep them coming! Love you!

Hahahah oh my gosh you do not have the same one!!!! I’m so happy you do!!! Thank you for all the sweet complements i miss you and i’m so excited for you to come here soon!!

      Love You!
